The city of Split (20 km away) with its historic center is a UNSECO heritage site. Split is a cultural metropolis with preserved Diocletian's Palace and temples from the Roman times. You can watch change of Roman Emperor guard every day at 12 o'clock on main square in the Palace.
About us
Apartments Miroslav Vojnović are located in small touristic resort Duce, 20 km east from Split (largest city in Dalmatia) and 3 km west from Omis centre. Omis is a small historical city from where are daily excursions to the islands Brac and Hvar. Duce is a place recognizable by its beautiful sandy beaches and clear shallow sea which makes it very convenient for family vacation, especially for families with children.
Apartments are family run to a high level over 40 years. Comfortable and equipped apartments, only 60 meters from the beach, will make your stay enjoyable. Four apartments are located on the 2nd floor and the fifth apartment is located on the ground-floor. There are wireless internet and air-conditioning in each apartment. Bigger apartments are equipped with washing machine also. Private parking is on site, next to apartments, easily accessible and off-the street. Pets are allowed, but only in apartment A5 on the ground-floor. The final price includes all expenses: taxes, final cleaning, bed linen, change of bedding on weekly basis, towels and energy costs. Parking, wireless internet and air-conditioning are for free. We kindly ask to read our house rules.
We are tailored to your needs. We have made our apartments available for any day of the week throughout the season, even in the high season. Arrive the day that suits you. As an added bonus, we offer early check-in already from 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of arrival. Check-out should be until 12 o'clock on the day of departure. All our guests receive a voucher and a detailed instructions for easy finding our apartments.

Arrival and Departure
Any day of the week! We have made our apartments available for any day of the week throughout the season, even in the high season. Arrive the day that suits you.
Check-in: from 10 o'clock
We offer early check-in already from 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of arrival.
Check-out: up to 12 o'clock
Check-out should be until 12 o'clock on the day of departure.
No hidden costs
The final price includes all expenses: taxes, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, change of bedding and towels on weekly basis and energy costs. Parking, wireless internet and air-conditioning are for free.

Private parking is on-site, next to apartments, easily accessible and off-the street.
Beach across the road
In order to access beach, it is necessary to cross the road.
Washing machine
Washing machine is available in apartments A3 , A4 and A5 and is for free.
Air-conditioning
Air-conditioning is for free, so we kindly ask for responsible and rational use of air-conditioning, as is stated in our house rules. When leaving the accommodation, make sure that air-conditioning is turned off. When using air-conditioning, doors and windows should be closed and the set temperature should not be more than 8 degrees difference from the outside air temperature.
Safe
Safe deposit box is available inside apartments A2 , A3, A4 and A5 to keep your valuables and important documents.
Pets
Small pets are allowed only in apartment A5 on the ground-floor.
ID or Passport
All guests are required to show a passport or an identity card at check-in due to reporting to local authorities.
