Welcome to my personal website.
My name is Antoine Malézieux and I am a behavioral economist.
I am currently Assistant Professor in Marketing at the LESSAC (Burgundy School of Business). I am also Associate Fellow at the Tax Administration Research Centre (University of Exeter).
My work can be summarized in two main research questions: a descriptive one (why people behave the way they behave) and one dealing with influence (how can we influence the way people behave). I use tools from experimental economics, social psychology and differential psychology to answer these two research questions.
My research interests include non monetary incentives (e.g. a vote, an oath to tell the truth), dishonest behaviors (e.g., lies, tax evasion...) and data sharing (e.g., meta-analysis, cooperation behavior).
