Jin-Ok Kim (Ph.D. candidate) won an excellent paper award from Samsung Electronics Corp. for his paper, "Rhenium Di-Selenide (ReSe2) Near-Infrared Photodetector: Performance Enhancement by Selective p-Doping Technique".

He was also awarded "2,500,000 won" as an additional prize.
