v Worked as Product Development Consultant at Artisanal Drinks for & Stirred Cocktail Mix. Responsible for selecting recipes from conventional methods, developing, testing, and finalising recipes for final production.
v Worked as Shift Brewer (Process & Quality) at SOM Distilleries and Breweries Ltd., Bhopal (MP), an Automated plant by ALFA LAVAL with monthly production of more than 700000 cases per month along with can line.
· Monitoring the whole beer production process, from raw material preparation to packaging. Report to the Brewing Manager about the daily process.
· Handling and guiding operators for fault-free operation and to carry out maximum production with a quality product.
· Ensuring the quality of raw material used in the process and beer produced. Check on all quality analyses and tests. Instructing for quality checks and checking quality reports.
CONSULTANCY:
2023-24 Working with FAO under the project “Re-establishment of the Wainuqa Cooperative Processing Facility Project” as project manager. This project comes under the Canadian-funded project GCP/SAP/004/CAN “Reducing COVID-19 Related Food Insecurity in the Pacific Region”. Project submission is scheduled for September 2025.
2018-19 I was associated with Artisanal Drinks as a product development consultant for their product ‘&Stirred Cocktail Mix’ in my personal capacity for more than a year. Provided technical opinions and feedback on selecting cocktail recipes from conventional methods and developing, testing, and finalising recipes for final production.

Master of Technology thesis on “Studies on isolation of pectinase producing microorganisms from fruit and to optimise the process parameters for their production and estimation of their enzymatic activity”. Work includes isolating wild fungal strains from naturally spoiled guava, estimating pectinase activity, and optimising process variables for higher enzyme yield. The isolated fungal strain was tested and validated for desired enzyme production using other fruit waste material. Guide: Prof. Amit Kumar Ghosh
