About Me
Welcome to my personal website. I am currently Global Genomics Lead, Public Sector at Amazon Web Services.
Previously I worked as a Computational scientist and Bioinformatics Team Lead at the Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine in Farmington, CT. I did my postdoctoral work as a research associate with Dr. Ira Hall in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics at the University of Virginia, and my graduate work with Dr. Anindya Dutta also at the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular genetics at the University of Virginia.
My research interests include cancer genomics, structural variation, personalized medicine, next generation sequence analysis and bioinformatics algorithm development
