Anju Vallabhaneni obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Management. He has been the CEO of United Software Group, Inc. for more than 10 years. His vision for the IT company has propelled it to $50 million in revenues. He aims for UGS, a minority business enterprise, to increase its revenues to $100 million by the close of the year while staying true to its core values.

Mr. Vallabhaneni and USG help many non-profit organizations, and are supporters of initiatives for veterans. Among the organizations for which they do volunteer work are the Mid-Ohio Food Bank; the Dublin Chamber of Commerce; Telugu Association of Central Ohio, where he served as president in 2009; ESGR, and USO. The company has been listed in the Inc 5000, and has received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Vallabhaneni sees to it that he leads in such a way the encourages USG’s employees to achieve their goals.

In his downtime, Anju enjoys listening to Bollywood music, watching sports like cricket, basketball, and tennis. He loves spending time with his family and friends, and plays tennis when he can. He is currently producing a movie in India.
