Raw Pea Basil Hummus

from
2 cups peas, fresh or thawed
2 tablespoons tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped

Serves 6

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Add water to achieve desired consistency. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
