Green Avocado Smoothie

1 ripe avocado, peeled and roughly chopped
1 small cucumber, roughly chopped
2 cups spinach leaves, roughly chopped (or half parsley, half spinach)

1 ripe banana, peeled and roughly chopped
330ml coconut water
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Serves 2-3
Combine all ingredients in a high speed food processor and blend until smooth. 
Serve immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
