Almond Coconut Balls

1 cup almond meal
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tablespoons agave syrup

Flavoring (Optional)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon orange peel
1 tablespoon rum or brandy

Coating
unsweetened cocoa powder
unsweetened coconut flakes

Yields 20-25

Combine all basic ingredients plus the flavoring in a food processor and blend until it becomes a thick paste. Make balls of the size of a cherry and coat them in either cocoa powder or coconut flakes. Place them in mini cupcake liners.
