Lessons

This introductory lesson is easy by design.  It is perfect for someone who is an absolute beginner, or need a refresher course with Gidanishinaabemowininaan.  It is a great way to get acquainted with the software and to see how it works.  The other part I like about this lesson is that I can guarantee that you will have this conversation in Ojibwe-akiing, if you are at a pow-wow, drum ceremony, sweat, or even just meeting a speaker for the first time.  So commit this lesson to memory, and have fun when you totally recognize this in a speech or chatting with a new or old friend!

Here is the first series of lessons:

Day 1

Day 2   It is important that you repeat each word or phrase four time.  Repeat each word twice with just the Ojibwe word and twice with the translation.
This helps us pronounce each word correctly, and is a great resource in learning a new alphabet.
