Anglicans Really Alive is not a formal organization or group, but a fluid collection of Anglicans, mostly from parishes in and around Montreal, who have been discussing the future of our church, especially in the light of the Windsor Report and the communiqués of the Anglican Primates in Tanzania. 

Brought together initially at the invitation of the Very Rev. Michael Pitts, Dean of Christ Church Cathedral in Montreal, we are laity and clergy; men and women; gay and straight; recent attendees and cradle Anglicans alike, from many different backgrounds and spiritual views, but all of us share the hope and conviction that a positive future direction for the Anglican Church is important, and that it is in our hands to help shape it. 


We welcome your input, insight, experiences, enthusiasm and help.

We meet occasionally in person, but most of our communication is virtual. Please join the discussion on our blog - where meeting times will also be posted - or contact us by email at:
