The Google Tablet Deployment Team will contact your technical or domain admin to set up the domain for Google Play for Education, review network requirements, set up your tablets, and walk you through the Google Play for Education site, purchase orders, and sending and managing apps.

The deployment call typically takes one to two hours, and concludes with you having at least some of your devices fully set up. If they can't be setup in that session we leave you with the prerequisites to fix and try to reschedule another session.

The Google Tablet Deployment team will also talk about best practices with GAFE (like how to set up usernames and groups) and try to answer any other questions you have.

The Project Manager will communicate with the lead contact to enroll educators in Google Play for Educators eLearning course, introduce the 2 educators to their mentor, and work with the school administration to transition a smooth start of the pilot.

Your educators will take the eLearning course and utilize their mentor to enhance teaching and learning with tablets in the classroom.

The Project Manager follows up after pilot begins in the classrooms.
