I introduced a bug in the latest version that a user pointed out. If the device is not in the orientation that is set in the app when it starts, it will crash. It has to do will a flaw in Android surrounding the ViewFlipper I think. In any event I found a solution within an hour, applied and tested it and all is right with the world.
I got a great inspiration last week. It hit me that I should apply a filter to the big picture display so users can view technology changes, handoffs, and data activity as well as rssi. In practice I think this is just brilliant! I love it and don't know why I didn't think of it sooner. The only hard part I faced was inserting a legend so users can figure out what they are looking at.
Finally I tied sector coverage zones in the app to the zones displayed in the Google Earth KML file outputs. Now, if you do not want coverage zones to show on the KML files, just make sure the "Show coverage" box in Preferences is unchecked.
