I am an economist at BI Norwegian Business School. In my research, I study interactions between labor markets, the safety net, and determinants of income and consumption inequality. I teach microeconomics for economics majors. I am an associate editor of JEEA, a PI on grants from the Norwegian Research Council, and a research fellow at IZA and the Rockwool Foundation in Berlin.
