I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona  
and an Affiliated Professor at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.
 
I am a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) in London.

My research interests are in corporate finance, corporate governance and banking.
