Pilates Class Information

Classes are held at:
  • Andover Physiotherapy & Pilates Clinic
  • Unit 8, Kenyons Yard, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3NP
Pilates classes are run following the Hampshire school terms.

All participants will be asked to complete a Health Questionnaire prior to commencing classes. This allows us to get a good idea of the class participants and to tailor the programmes to your particular needs.

It is recommended that all new participants book a 1:1 session before starting a Pilates course unless you have been participating in a regular Physiotherapist led Pilates course elsewhere.
This is also suitable for those wanting a refresher.

During the 30/40 minute session the Physiotherapist will go over any musculoskeletal issues you might have, teach you how to engage your “core”, go over the basic principles of Pilates and run through the main exercises to establish at what levels you can work, modifying them for your individual needs. This will make sure that you are prepared and can get the most out of the classes.
