Welcome!
I work as a Professor of Environmental Microeconomics at the University of Mainz. I am also a CESifo research affiliate and a member of the Committee on Environmental & Resource Economics of the German Economic Association (AURÖ).
My research focus lies on environmental economics and public economics. In particular, I work on informational and market-based climate policy instruments. I also investigate optimal taxation of internalities.
