*Radon Testing:
We use the Sun Nuclear
TeleMonitor, a sophisticated, tamper-proof electronic instrument that
collects data hourly. When the test is finished, the data is
uploaded to our computer and printed off &/or emailed to the
client. A complete report generally comes back within the hour.
*Mold / Indoor Air Quality Testing:
-Air Sampling – (Minimum of
2-Samples, 1-Outdoor "Control" Sample & 1-Indoor "Most Occupied
Room" Sample) HVAC systems can be tested as well.
-Physical Sampling - (Swab
Samples of the actual fungus that was found to determine if it is
hazardous kind.)
-Visual Mold Inspection -
(Included as part of a whole house inspection). (Complete int. &
ext. visual inspection of moisture intrusion areas and where there may
be conditions suitable for fungal growth.) Written Report of
findings.

-Since 1974, American citizens have been protected from dangerous items
in their homes by federal law. Congress prescribed a system whereby
if a manufacturer designed a dangerous product, they MUST recall all
those items and FIX THEM FOR FREE!
The problem in the law is that most often it's up to the consumer, to
find out whether appliances are potential fire or safety hazards!
