White Bean Chicken Chili Verde

*2 Pounds chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 C. corn
1 small onion, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2-15oz cans white beans, drained and rinsed
1 C. salsa verde
2 C. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
* Optional*1-2 tsp. hot sauce (we use Cholula)

Lightly spray slow cooker with non stick spray.
Combine all ingredients into slow cooker and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

Garnish with your favorite toppings.

*Chicken breasts can be put in whole and shredded after recommended cooking time.
