Sour Cream Cheesy Potatoes


1/2 C. butter, melted
1 small onion, finely diced
1 C. sour cream
1-12oz container Top of the Tater
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 C. of shredded cheese, blend or your favorite
32oz bag of frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
Heat oven to 350 and spray a 13x9 inch pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl combine melted butter, onion, sour cream, Top of the Tater, and cream of chicken soup; mix well.
Stir in hash browns a 1 1/2 C. shredded cheese and pour into prepared baking pan.
Add remaining 1 1/2 C. cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered 1 hour.
Let set five minutes before serving.
