Simple Smothered Pork Chops-Slow Cooker

4-6 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
2 C. chicken stock
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 brown gravy mix
1 envelope onion soup mix
*1 TBSP. corn starch

Lightly coat slow cooker with non stick spray.
Place pork chops in slow cooker.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 
Pour gravy over pork chops and cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

*If you prefer a thicker gravy, whisk the 1 TBSP of cornstarch into the broth before adding to the slow cooker.
Leave the top of the slow cooker for the last 30-60 minutes of cooking to let thicken.

Gravy will thicken more upon standing.
