Slow Cooker Sloppy Joe Casserole

2 lbs. ground beef
32 Oz. frozen shredded hash brown, thawed
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) sloppy joe sauce
1/2 C. finely chopped onion
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

In a pan cook the ground beef and onion until ground beef is cooked through, drain, and stir in sloppy joe sauce.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine potatoes, soup, egg, and salt and pepper.

Spread the potato mixture into a lightly greased slow cooker. 

Spoon meat mixture over potatoes.

Cook on low 4-5 hours.
