Simple Slow Cooker Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

2 pounds red potatoes, diced into 1 inch cubes
1 ham steak, diced
*2 C. corn (frozen, canned, or fresh)
1 small onion, diced
2 TBSP flour
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 C. milk

Directions:
Lightly coat slow cooker with non stick spray.
Combine potatoes, ham, corn, and onion in slow cooker.
Whisk together flour, garlic powder, pepper, soup, and milk until smooth and well combined.
Pour over potato mixture and mix to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Last 30 minutes of cooking remove lid of slow cooker to allow the sauce to thicken.

*substitute corn with any vegetable you prefer.
