Homemade Corndog Muffins

Ingredients
1 box corn muffin mix, we used Jiffy
 Hot dogs, your favorite brand
1/3 C milk
1 egg
Cheese (optional)

Directions
Heat Oven to 400 degrees. 
 I used my full size muffin pan and I sprayed it well with nonstick spray.
Add milk and egg to the corn muffin mix and mix until combined. It is OK to have a few
lumps.  Let set for 3-4 minutes.  
Cut 2 hot dogs up into 3 pieces each and put one
hot dog piece into each cup.
Cover each hot dog piece up with some batter about 3 TBS. The last 2 I sprinkled in some shredded
cheese into the batter just for fun. 
 Bake at 400 for 15 minutes and remove from oven. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes.  Remove from pan and enjoy!
