6 C. Milk
1 1/2 C. Heavy Cream
1 Can (14oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Package (15oz) Milk Chocolate Chips
1 tsp. Vanilla
Add all ingredients to your slow cooker.
*Cook on low for 3 hours, stirring twice or until chocolate is melted.
Once chocolate chips are melted, turn your slow cooker to low.
The hot cocoa will keep warm all day to easily accommodate gatherings and parties.
Store leftover cocoa in a covered container in the refrigerator.
*Slow cooker times vary from unit to unit. My unit takes 3 hours on low or 1 1/2 hours on high.
