Pret's Swedish meatballs are made by Paul. He's from Bedford. He's probably never been to Sweden. But that's really not the point... 100% pure pork, red peppers, tomatoes, garlic, sage, rosemary and thyme. A chunky mincer, a slow stream cooker, an amazing love of good food and a healthy respect for seasoning. There you have it. A proper Swedish recipe, perfected in Bedford.
