about me

I am a lecturer in the CMS at EPFL, Switzerland.

I obtained my PhD in mathematics from the University of Southampton in 2012 under the supervision of Graham Niblo. I have held postdoctoral fellowships at the University of Southampton, and the Université Blaise Pascal in Clermont-Ferrand, France. I have also spent 4 years in a Maître Assistante (research and teaching) position at the Université de Neuchâtel in Switzerland. Prior to my current position, I was a Senior Research Associate at the Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics at the University of Cambridge, as well as Director of Studies in mathematics at Murray Edwards College at the University of Cambridge.

My research lies at the intersection of algebra, geometry, and functional analysis. I am mainly interested in coarse geometry, geometric group theory, and interactions between these topics.
