I am currently a Junior Research Fellow at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) in the Dept.of condensed matter physics and materials. I work in the new Superconducting Quantum Electronics lab at TIFR under the supervision of Dr.Rajamani Vijayaraghavan. During my stay at TIFR, my research objectives would be to study non-linear superconducting parametric amplifiers based on Josephson tunnel junctions and measure their response at low temperatures (~10 mK). I also want to explore the physics when the mechanics of semiconducting/metallic nanowires are coupled to these non-linear amplifiers.

Prior to coming to TIFR, I completed my master studies in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Microelectronics at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. During the last five years of my research career, I have worked on a wide range of topics which include ceramic materials for 3D electronic integration, MEMS, NEMS, Carbon based devices and high frequency signal processing techniques.
