Margherita Pizza

Corn meal for dusting pizza stone
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

Place pizza stone in oven to pre-heat for 15-20 minutes on the lowest rack. Remove from oven and dust the hot pizza stone with corn meal. Form the pizza dough into a 12-14 inch round and put on hot stone.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bail on top of the dough, followed by chopped tomatoes and slices of Mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Bake until crust is crisp and brown, about 10 - 15 minutes. Remove from stone onto cutting board. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
