Add Public Commenting

In order to use the commenting feature in Google Sites, individuals need to be "invited" as editors.  This is great for a private site that only a few users are working with.

But what if you want anybody to be able to comment on your site?

Well, I have recently run across a free, third party commenting tool - http://disqus.com - that will allow you to insert a comment area that anyone can use.  Disqus has some nice moderation tools and setting if you wish to approve comments before posting.

Here are a few steps to get you started: https://code.google.com/p/google-sites-disqus/wiki/HowToUse

Tip on naming your page.... Do not use spaces in the creation of the page name (you can always change the page name after creating it).
I found that Disqus did not like the symbol "-" that is inserted by Google in the creation of URL for the page.

Below you will find my attempt at adding a public comment area on this particular page.  Give it a go and let me know what you think!
