Greetings!
I am a Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics at the New York Institute of Technology.
My research interests include theoretical and computational aspects of neutrino physics, nuclear/particle astrophysics and cosmology. I am passionate about sharing my love for physics through teaching, mentoring, and community outreach.
Previously, I held postdoctoral positions at University of Minnesota in the Nuclear Theory group (2023-24), at SLAC in the Particle Theory group 2020-2023), and at UC Berkeley in the NSF-funded N3AS research hub (Network for Neutrinos, Nuclear Astrophysics, and Symmetries). As part of N3AS, I was a visiting fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2017-2019) and at the Institute for Nuclear Theory, University of Washington (2019-2020).
In 2017 I completed my PhD in Physics at UC San Diego, under the supervision of Prof. George Fuller at the Center for Astrophysics and Space Sciences. Prior to that, I had graduated from IIT Bombay in 2011 with a bachelors degree in Engineering Physics.
