Congratulations! Dipali for the acceptance of her first article in the prestigious Environmental and Ecological Statistics journal. The article deals with Bayesian Statistics with Ecological Applications. (Link will be shared soon)

Congratulations Vaishnavi and Jyoti for the acceptance of their article entitled Impact of abiotic factors and heavy metals in predicting the population decline of Near Threatened fish Notopterus chitala in natural habitat in Special Issue on Applications of Machine Learning in Aquatic Ecology. This is joint work with Dr. Joyita Mukherjee.
Dr. Bhowmick visited Ahmedabad University and delivered a talk on Data Science Education with a particular focus on pedagogy using R programming. He was invited by Dr. Kaushik Jana, faculty at the School of Arts and Science at Ahmedabad University.
Congratulations to Pratik Singh for being selected for the Ph.D. program in "Infectious disease Modelling with focus on mathematical and stochastical approach" offered by the Heidelberg University under the joint supervision of Prof. Dr. Joacim Rocklov (Heidelberg University), Prof. Miguel Hernan (Harvard University) and Dr. Connie H. Hoe (John Hopkins University).
