HB 39 - Eliminates Art, Music, Health, World Language, and Technology from the definition of an adequate education.

House Bill 39 (sponsor: Rep. Boehm, Hillsborough 27) would remove Art, Music, Health, World Language, and Technology from the state's definition of an adequate education.

As such, those subjects would no longer be required to be offered in NH schools, nor would the state have any obligation to fund those subjects. Any district that wished to offer those subjects would do so entirely on their own, and would also fund those subjects entirely on their own.
