Using a computer, go to Amazon.com/mytv. Sign-in with an active e-mail address and password or click Create your Amazon account.

Open your browser on any of your device like PC/MAC/Phone.
Click on the Address bar of the browser and type amazon.com/mytv.
There you will see a page which asks you to sign in with email or phone number.
In the bottom the form there you’ll see a button Create Your Amazon Account, click on that.
A new form appears with multiple input types.
Enter your name, email and password, and also reenter password.
Click on Create your amazon Account.
It will ask you to enter OTP sent on the email ID which you provided in the form.
Now this will let you on the page of Enter Registration Code.
