This is butcher shop “Hassan”, situated on the Schiedamseweg in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The shop has strong Turkish feel to it. According to the very hospitable and welcoming owner, the interior hasn’t changed over more than a few decades. The men working here are very proud of their shop and their trade. So, it took a while before I could make photos, in which they aren’t posing to look at their best. I loved to do this photo shoot.
