Fluffy Marshmallow Frosting

  • 1/2 cup fine granulated sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  1. Boiled the sugar and water till it reached 120*C. 
  2. Whisk the egg whites till foamy and gradually add in the boiled syrup. 
  3. Whisk till the meringue turn out stiff peak or till it's cool down.
  4. Keep it in an tight container in the fridge for storage.
  5. Use a torch or oven to brown the frosting after applying on the cake.
