Changing the size of the julienne blade is as easy as rotating the side knob. The black safety food holder holds the food in place on the mandoline while slicing. Can be used to make standard or waffle cut french fries. Great for julienne carrot, potatoes, and other hard vegetables. The folding legs are coated with non-slip rubber to offer additional support and protection on the counter top when slicing.
