Sweet corn is one of the widely used corns in the world. On a regular field corn, it only contains 4% of sugar; meanwhile, sweet corn contains 10% of sugar. Therefore, the more sugar it contains, the more natural it is. The beneficial of sweet corn is that it adds folate to our diets. Folate reduces homocysteine rate in the body. The higher rate of homocysteine, the more risk of having heart disease. Every little thing and component about corn helps the body in every way. According to the website, “Natural Health-Remedies,” it states that corn is helpful for the eyes, brain, and the heart. Vitamin-B and beta carotene are included in corn which helps in a way where it preserves eye vision and prevent memory loss.
