Description of the work
The process evaluation of the project is independent of the executive management as well as the technical work in work packages 4 to 7. Activities in this work package include:
Main activities:
- Observe the progress of the work on a continuous basis by means of interviews through phone calls, e-mails, participation in HEPA and ALPHA project meetings, as well as in relation to the project aims and timetables as stated in the contract.
- Set up an online feedback form, which will offer stakeholders the opportunity to provide responses, suggestions and pointing out the importance of discussing at a continuing basis. The responses are forwarded and evaluated ‘as they arrive’. Present a summary of the received feedbacks at the Plenary and Steering group meetings and put them to the discussion. All published material, where appropriate, will contain the opportunity to visit the feedback forms.
- Develop a structured, short (one-page) questionnaire, which should be approved by the steering group before it will be sent to the stakeholders, during the final stage of the project. It will provide the opportunity to respond and evaluate aspects of the project’s tasks, including an open format response; suggestions and possible amendments for further work in the field will be included.
- Prepare the analysis of the feedback and questionnaire, as well as the evaluation report. The WP leader will supervise this process; additionally it should be approved by the steering committee. Eventually advice is given to the project partners.
The deliverables for WP3 are the following:
- Structured short (one-page) questionnaire for stakeholders will be designed during final stage of the project, so they can respond and evaluate aspects of the project tasks, give suggestions and possible amendments for further work in the field. Analysis of the questionnaire would be given.
- Evaluation report (containing process and impact evaluation results) will be provided.
