Description of the work

The Karolinska Institutet coordinates the project in execution of the tasks that have been agreed upon in the steering committee. The project management is responsible for all activities relating to the executive management of the project and includes:

Main activities:

• Coordinating the Plenary Meetings
• Coordinating the Steering Group Meetings and telephone-meetings
• Coordinating the Grand Final Meeting
• Networking with all relevant stakeholders
• Financial coordination of all work packages
• Drafting the interim and final technical and financial reports

The deliverables for work package 1 are the following:

• Interim technical report and financial report
• Final technical report and financial report
