Updated July 13, 2024:
See this Google Document for groups that have already formed (as of July 13, only one), and ideas for places to meet in the Aloha/Beaverton area.
We are hoping that Friday night would be a time for classmates to connect with AHS friends in small group settings at venues of the group's choosing. Many small gatherings, organized by friends and classmates ahead of time.
Go to the registration page to who is planning to come Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. (Not everyone completed the form which gathers information about a classmate's plans for coming Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Why are we doing it this way?
Background: In previous years, for our Friday night gathering, we would select a venue and people showed up. We soon learned that venues don't like those kinds of large-group surprises. Then, once or twice, we reserved a space at a venue for a no-host event on Friday. The venue knew we were coming, but the "no-host part" didn't work out so well for the venue.
What we have found this year is that venues have a minimum charge (not a small amount) to reserve space for large groups. So, Saturday night is our large group meeting at a venue for dinner.
Saturday, Noon - 30-60 min - AHS Building Tour CONFIRMED

School tours for alum reunions are conducted by AHS administrators on their own time.
