Tator Tot Casserole

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 bag of small peas
1/2 c. beef broth
salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
1/2 to 1 full bag of tator tots
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1.  Brown and drain ground beef.
2.  Mix the next 5 ingredients into the cooked ground beef.
3.  Dump mixture into an 8x8 baking dish and top with tator tots.
4.  Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, then top with the shredded cheese, allowing to melt.  Freezes well and can easily be doubled for a 9x13 pan.
