Spicy Egg Bake

1 tube crescent rolls

10-12 eggs

1 lb. spicy ground sausage

2 c. cheddar cheese

1/2 c. salsa



1.  Grease a 9x13 baking pan and preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2.  Open the crescent rolls and roll out flat onto the bottom of the pan, pressing the seams together.

3.  In a skillet cook sausage, draining grease after cooked.

4.  In a bowl whisk together the eggs, salsa, sausage, salt and pepper.  Pour over the crescent rolls.

5.  Top eggs with shredded cheese.

6.  Bake for 35-45 minutes or until eggs are set.  Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting into squares.

7.  Top with additional salsa if desired.
