Smoky Chorizo Cheese Dip

1/2 lb. cooked chorizo

1 lb. Velveeta cheese

2 14.5 oz. cans Rotel

2 T. Wildtree Fiesta Salsa Mix {or your favorite taco seasoning}


1.  In a medium sized crock pot combine all of the ingredients, cube the cheese, and stir.  Set to LOW and heat until melted together.

2.  Serve warm with tortilla chips.
