Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

1 pork roast (I used 3 lb. pork butt)

1 can diet cola

1 c. barbecue sauce

salt

pepper


Generously season roast with salt and pepper.  Place in slow cooker (medium or large, depending on size of roast).  Pour in cola and barbecue sauce.  Set on low and cook for 6-8 hours.


When done, shred meat with fork, serve on buns, adding additional barbecue sauce if desired.
