Sausage Pizza Puffs

3/4 c. flour

1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

3/4 c. milk

3/4 t. baking powder

1 t. garlic powder

1 t. onion powder

1 T. Italian seasoning

1/2 lb. cooked and drained, ground sausage


1.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease a 24-count mini muffin tin.

2.  In a bowl combine all ingredients to form a soft, thick batter.

3.  Using a spoon fill the muffin tin 3/4 full.

5.  Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffy and golden brown.

6.  Serve warm with pizza sauce.
