Peanut Butter Yogurt Pie Bars

32 oz. plain Greek yogurt

3/4 c. peanut butter

1/3 c. powdered sugar

2 c. Rice or Corn chex cereal

3 T. butter

3 T. sugar

For the crust: Crush cereal, add in melted butter and sugar.  Combine and press into an 8x8 baking dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Allow to cool.

For the filling: Combine yogurt, peanut butter and powdered sugar.  Pour into the cooled crust.  Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.  Top with chocolate chips.
