Mini Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. brown sugar

1 1/4 c. flour

3/4 t. baking soda

1/2 t. baking powder

1/2 t. salt

1 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice

1 egg

3/4 c. pumpkin puree

1/3 c. oil

1/3 c. water

1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease one loaf pan with cooking spray.

2.  In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients.  Add in the egg, pumpkin puree, oil and water. Stir to combine.  Add in 3/4 of the mini chocolate chips and stir.  Pour the batter in the loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining mini chocolate chips on top.

3.  Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.  Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
