Egg and Sausage Casserole

1 bag of frozen hash browns
1 lb. ground cooked sausage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. onion, diced
8 eggs
1 c. milk
salt, pepper to taste

1.  Grease an 9x9 baking dish.
2.  In the dish, layer hash browns, sausage, onion and cheese and then again hash browns, sausage, onion and cheese.
3.  In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.  Pour over the layered mixture.
4.  Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until eggs are set and top is browned.

*Can be frozen before baking for up to 3 months.  Before baking, thaw for 24 hours in the fridge.
