Corn Bread Casserole

2 c. corn

2 eggs

1/2 c. sour cream

1 stick melted butter

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

2/3 c. flour

1/4 t. salt

1 T. baking powder

3 T. sugar

1/2 c. cornmeal

 

1.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.

2.  Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth.

3.  Pour into the casserole dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden on top.

4.  Serve warm.
